Upgrading and Downgrading your Actionstep System

This article will explain how to upgrade your Actionstep system.


NOTE: It is not possible to downgrade your Actionstep system. If you would like to downgrade you will need to create a new system and migrate to the new system.



If you are on the Express package you can upgrade to the Practice Pro package, this is useful if you want features that Express doesn't have, these include Document Management, Client portal, and customized reporting to name a few.


How to Upgrade

  1. Hover over you company name at the top left of your Actionstep screen.
  2. Click on Subscription Settings.
  3. Click on the Learn more & upgrade button./helpdesk/attachments/150002489208
  4. You will be brought to our contact us page.
  5. Select support, and then select Contact Support and depending on your default mailing app, a draft email page will appear with "support@actionstep.com".
  6. Please send us a message stating that you would like to upgrade your system from Express to Practice Pro and one of our support agents will reach out and go over the details and the new pricing.  /helpdesk/attachments/150002489209/helpdesk/attachments/150002489210
