Using the Actionstep Billing Portal, you can:
- Update the information Actionstep can use to contact you (i.e., name, phone number, billing address, etc.)
- Mange your payment information (credit cards and ACH)
- View your account information (balance, invoices, transaction history)
You can access the Billing Portal by going to https://account.actionstep.com/.
Once you sign in, the Billing Portal is organized into three areas: Overview, Billing, and Settings.
Overview Page
The Overview gives you access to your invoices, including your most recent invoices. This list includes details like invoice date, amount, and payment status.
You can also edit your profile information and shipping address and add or update your credit card information. (These options are also available on the left side menu.)
Billing Page
The Billing page is divided into four sections:
- Account Balance shows snapshot of your outstanding balance and any credits that have been applied.
- Invoices shows a list of invoices. Filter and sort this list and ultimately make a payment.
- Transaction History shows all transactions on the account, including invoices, deposits, credits, and payments.
- Print a Statement lets you print or email a statement.

Settings Page
On this page, you can access and edit your Billing Portal settings, which include the following:
- Profile Information: Use the options on this page to change your company name, phone number, and email address.
- Address Book: The Address Book lets you create and store the different addresses you want associated with your billing profile. For example, you should enter both a Shipping Address as well as a Billing Address, but you can include other addresses as well and designate which one will be used the default for both shipping and billing.TIP: Only the shipping address will appear on the Billing Overview page.
- Credit Cards: On this page, you can add details about one or more credit cards associated with your billing. You can also select which card will be used by default. See Updating Your Payment Method (LINK )for information on making changes to this information.
- ACH Payments: On the ACH Payments page, you can provide payment information for one or more ACH accounts.
- Update Your Password: Use this page to update the password associated with your billing profile.
