In this article:
You can find a list of all trust requests in your system. You can then filter the list to show just the requests you are most interested in. For example, you can view a list of requests that are waiting for you to complete some action on them, or you can review those that require more detail before they can be approved.
Reviewing Trust Requests
To do this:
- In Actionstep, go to Trust > Requests > Trust Request List. The Trust Request List page appears.
- Click the Filter drop-down list and choose Show available filters.
The List Filters page appears.
- Choose the filter that will help you find the request(s) you're most interested in viewing and click Submit to apply the filter. The list of requests is updated.NOTE: For example, filtering by Pending action by will let you enter your own name to see which requests need your attention, or Status will show you all requests that have been rejected.
- Optionally, click any of the column headings to sort the information in the list based on that data point.
- Optionally, click the Refresh icon to regenerate the list of requests. This can be useful if someone else in your system has created a request while you've been viewing this list and you need to update the list to include it.
- To review the details of a request and perform an action on the request, click the link in the ID column for that request.
