Creating a Billing Portal Account
When you first enable your Actionstep subscription, you should receive an email with instructions for creating a Billing Portal account. Follow the instructions in this email to access the setup page and choose your password. (Your ID is your email address.) Once you have set up your password, you can access the Billing Portal.
If your main billing contact does not have access to your Billing Portal, reach out to accounts@actionstep.com to request an invitation to set this up.
To set up your account and access Billing Portal:
- Set up your Billing Portal ID and password by following the instructions you received in your Billing Portal Welcome email.
- Once your account is created, go to https://account.actionstep.com.
- Sign in using the email address and password you set up in Step 1. You are signed in to Billing Portal.
Accessing Actionstep Billing Portal
Once you set up your Billing Portal account, you can sign in to the subscription Billing Portal at any time.
To do this:
- Go to https://account.actionstep.com.
- Enter your ID (the Email Address associated with the account) and Password.
- Click Log In. You are taken to the Billing Portal Overview page. (See LINK, below.)
