You can see your billing settings by clicking on the arrow next to billing on the left-hand side of the screen. This will open a menu where you can select different billing functionality.
Account Balance
By clicking on account balance you can see a snapshot of your outstanding balance and any credits that have been applied.
Invoices
By clicking on Invoices you can see a list of all your invoices, you can filter and sort the list and make a payment.
Transaction History
By clicking on Transaction History you can see a list of all transactions that have taken place on your account including invoices, deposits, credits, and payments.
Print a Statement
By clicking on Print a Statement you can print or have a statement emailed directly to your email login. You can select the date for the statement and the start date (meaning the start of the transactions you want to appear on the statement).
There are three options you can select when choosing to print or email a statement.
Option | Description |
Print in customer's locale | Ability to print statements in customers' own language based on region. Currently, this is set to only English. |
Show only Open Transactions | Will only show unpaid invoices on the statement |
Consolidated Statement | Will summarise all invoices between the dates set from the start date to the statement date. |
