You can no longer preview emails in Actionstep using the Netdocs integration. If you click on an email, you will see that the preview pane is blank.
Unfortunately, this is because there have been changes made to the Netdocs platform which limit iframe usage and email previewing is one of those limitations currently. Actionstep is not able to troubleshoot this as it is outside of our control, and we have not been given any information in relation to the timeline of when it will be available.
We understand that this functionality is not ideal. However in the meantime please follow the process below.
