Kenect is a technology platform designed to help you grow your law firm. Kenect helps you attract, convert, and keep more clients by strengthening your online reputation, and online communication. Kenect accomplishes this through their state-of-the-art business texting platform that links to your existing business line and helps you generate dozens of online reviews each month in addition to getting you better KENECTED with your prospects and clients.

PLEASE NOTE: This integration is only available to US & CA customers only.

Kenect and Actionstep have partnered to provide an all-in-one solution to customers. Law firms can get the shared power of Actionstep + texting.

Kenect allows you to:

  • Send and receive text messages from your main business phone number
  • Contact sync with Actionstep and automatically tie the case to the contact
  • Conversation history with synced contacts
  • Streamline and improve your intake process

How do I enable the integration?

Please request a demo from https://smart.kenect.com/actionstep-kenect-demo and Kenect will be able to enable the integration for you.

How does Kenect work with Actionstep?

  • Contact sync with Actionstep will be one way from Actionstep to Kenect and will sync hourly

  • Matter Syncing - After the contact has synced with Kenect, the case tied to that contact can be linked

  • Lead Push - Leads that come through the Kenect widget on the website, or directly text in (must have a first and last name saved on the lead in Kenect to sync) will create a new matter in Actionstep, and the text history will show in “File Notes”

  • Conversation Posting - Contacts where a case is linked in Kenect will have the Kenect conversation history synced to the case under “File Notes”:
