System Preferences - Matter Types

This article will go over how to access and edit your matter type settings.

Accessing the Matter Types Settings

1. Click on Admin.
2. Select the General Settings tile.
3. Scroll down to the Matter types section.

Here you will the following options to turn on or off:

• Inline Matter type creation - when turned on, this allows users to create new matter types when creating new matters.
• Show step tree - when turned on this will show the step tree on the step history screen.
