You can add or change your business logo that is displayed in various documents generated within the system.
The image you select for your business logo should have a high resolution. The uploaded file will be resized to a maximum of 1,000 x 1,000 pixels.
NOTE: If your system is configured for multiple divisions, some fields may be prefixed with #, which means the setting only applies to the current division. (See What is a Division? to learn more.)
To do this:
- In Actionstep, go to Admin > General Settings. The System Preferences page appears.
- In the Business logo section, click Choose an image.
- Browse to and select the image you want to use. Once selected, the image appears in the preview area.
- When you're finished making your changes, click Save.
TIP: To view the image in its full size, click it in the preview box.
NOTE: If your image appears too big in your templates, you can manually specify the size in the merge field used to insert the image. For example, if you want your logo to appear with a width of 200px, you can use the following merge field: [[DivisionLogo|pt=Div__action|width=200]].
