In this article, you will learn more about Actionstep's email functionality. There are several links to more detailed articles below.

NOTE: Actionstep's email is designed to be a matter email management system. It is not designed to have the same functionality as an email client like Outlook or Gmail and as such has various integration options to commonly used email clients.

There are numerous ways that you can associate emails to matters within Actionstep, and there are various views that categorize the emails.

FAQs

Q: Can I send a mass email to all of my clients?

A: Currently, we do not have a bulk email function, however, you can create a contact custom list view that will pull all of your client's emails into a list. You can export the contact list view as well!

For more information on creating custom list views, please see our article on Creating Custom List Views.
