There are a number of different ways to run a Trust/Client Account Statement for a client.
Individual Matter Statement from the Main Menu
NOTE: Statement can have a selected date range. |
Go to Trust > Statements > One-Off Statements
Title | Description |
Matter | The matter you want to produce the trust statement for. |
Trust Account | The trust account you want to produce the trust statement for. |
Statement Period | The period you wish to run the trust statement for. |
WARNING: You can only include one trust account against one matter at a time on a statement and these statements are not stored against the matter. |
Individual Statement from the Matter
Go to the Trust Menu on a matter and if you hover you will see an option called statements lick on statements and it will take you to the trust statement screen.
Alternatively, if you are within the trust menu on a matter, you can click on statements on the right hand side taking you to the same screen
Title | Description |

Trust Account | The trust account you want to produce the trust statement for. |
Statement Period | The period you wish to run the trust statement for. |

Generating/Sending Trust Statements
Using either of the methods above you have the following options:-
Option | Description | |
Download | Downloads a PDF copy of the statement to your computer. Remember, this statement is not saved automatically for your matter, so you can upload it manually if you choose to. | |
Opens an email template and attaches a PDF of the trust statement for you to send to your client.

Cancel | Cancels the settings and takes you to the trust overview screen. |
