In this article you will learn how to reject a trust request.

NOTE

Trust requests are currently available upon request for New Zealand customers only. Please reach out to Actionstep support to have this enabled.

If you are an approver on a trust request that is no longer going ahead (ie The sale has fallen through  and not proceeding.) You will need to reject the trust request.

  • Firstly it is best to add some information regarding the rejection to the activity log.

  • It is best to assign the rejected transaction back to the requestor just so that they are aware.
