Viewing Sent SMS Messages

If you've enabled SMS messaging in your system, you can track and review SMS messages that have been sent. 

There are two places you can view these:

• View the matter. Then hover over the Comms menu icon and choose SMS from the list of options.
• Click Comms in the global menu and choose SMS Messages.
