Brief Description  

Similar to the Matter Throughput Report, this report shows the average time taken to move the selected matter through each step but with an additional Participant filter.  

Use Cases

This report is useful for comparing the amount of time it takes one participant to move through steps versus other participants.   

Finding and Using the Report

• In Actionstep, go to Reports > Matter Reports > General.

Available Filters

• Matter Type: Choose the matter type you want covered in the report.   
• Participant: Select the participant you want to report on. 
• Matters Created from Month/Year and Matters Created to Month/Year: Choose the timeframe for the report.   

Report Output

• Step name: Lists each step in the associated matter type's workflow.    
• Average Time to Completion: Shows in days and hours the average amount of time the selected participant spent on this step for a matter.
• Longest Time to Completion: Shows in days, hours, and minutes the longest amount of time the selected participant spent on this step for a matter.
• Shortest Time to Completion: Shows in days, hours, and minutes the shortest amount of time the selected participant spent on this step for a matter. 
• Matter Count: Shows how many matters had this step completed for the participant.
