Brief Description
This report shows details for a specific general ledger Transaction ID.
Use Cases
This report is used to check what GL account a particular transaction came from or went into, along with the other particulars you may need to review for a specific transaction. For example, it's useful when you are investigating a posting error and identifying how to correct the posting.
Finding and Using the Report
- In Actionstep, go to Reports > Accounting Reports > General.

Available Filters
- Transaction: Choose which transaction you want to report on.
Report Output
This report shows details specific to the transaction. Each includes a Transaction data section, which includes data like date, which journal was used, who created the transaction, etc. It also includes Invoice data (like the Sales invoice or Supplier invoice). It also includes individual entries associated with the transaction.
