Using Actionstep Feedback

NOTE:  At this time, Actionstep Feedback is available to beta customers only. However, all customers will be able to access it soon. If you or your firm are interested in participating in this beta, please submit a Customer Support Ticket


Actionstep Feedback is a powerful tool that helps the Actionstep Product Management team gather valuable insight into how you interact with Actionstep. Using it, you can provide real-time feedback that helps shape the features and tools that will enhance your Actionstep experience. 


Within the Feedback portal, you can review the features currently under consideration as well as features that are in discovery, under development, in beta testing, and recently released. As you review these options, you can vote on the features that are essential to you and your firm. You can also share comments and suggestions. As you interact with Actionstep Feedback, you may be contacted by Actionstep product managers to provide additional information or participate in beta testing programs. 



To access Actionstep Feedback:

  1. From any page in Actionstep, click the Help & Support icon in the lower-right corner of the window.
  2. Choose Feedback from the list of options.
  3. Using the tabs, review the features currently being reviewed, worked on, or tested.
  4. Click on a card and use the options that appear to express your level of interest.
