CAUTION: Granting a user subscription authority gives that user a high level of access to many different options and features in Actionstep.
Being an Administrator with Authority will grant you the following abilities:
- Add and remove users
- Manage add-ons
- Delete the system
- Request entire system backups
- Request changes to a system through Customer Support
- Request account information
- Give Customer Support permission to copy your system to a development environment if troubleshooting is required
To grant someone Authority to make subscription changes and access the Users & Permissions menu, a current Administrator with Authority will need to go to Admin > Users & Permissions > Select your user and tick the box "Allow this user to alter my subscription data?".
