To login to the subscription billing portal after you have already set up your password. Go to account.actionstep.com
Enter your username and password.
Click on the green button "Log In"
To log out of the portal go to the top right hand corner of the screen where you can see your business name. Click on your business name to see an option to Sign out. Click on sign out.
Please remember that this is a different URL to your normal Actionstep sign-in. We recommend bookmarking this URL so you can easily remember where to access your Actionstep account and keep a log of the different username and password for sign-in.

Q. What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
A. Click on the Forgot password? link at the login screen - you will be redirected to enter your email address and a password reset link will be emailed to you. Clicking on the "Log in now" link will take you back to the screen above to enter your email address and new password.
