How does Kenect work with Actionstep?

The integration between Actionstep and Kenect will sync all contacts in Actionstep to Kenect so you are ready to communicate with your contacts.

As you send and receive SMS messages in Kenect, you can assign these messages to a matter, which you can then access by clicking the Comms menu icon and choosing SMS.

You can also find a list of all SMS messages linked to all matters by clicking Comms in the main menu and choosing SMS Messages.
