Cancelling your Actionstep Subscription

This article will go over how to cancel your Actionstep subscription.

 

NOTE: Please note that the Actionstep team will not delete your system on your behalf. This must be done from your side.

 

To Cancel Your Subscription 

  1. Hover over your company name on the top left of your Actionstep Screen
  2. Click on Subscription Settings./helpdesk/attachments/150002489308
  3. Click on the Delete this system button./helpdesk/attachments/150002489309


NOTE: The system will not automatically delete, it will go into a pending phase as it will give you time to extract all the data.

 

Requesting A Back Up Of Your System

You can request a backup by sending a request to support@actionstep.com.
Be sure to include your orgkey (found by hovering over the burger bar menu in the top left corner of your Actionstep interface) and the email address you would like the backup files sent to.

In order for your request to be processed, the support team will need to verify that you have the necessary authority within your organization to receive the backup. You will need to be an Admin with Authority in order to receive a backup. Or, we need to receive a confirmation from an Admin with Authority in order to send a backup to a user without these permissions. 

Most backup requests will be completed within 1-2 business days of receiving the request however if you have a particularly large data set then this might be slightly longer.  When the backup has been completed you will be sent an email message with a download link. You will be called or emailed separately to provide you with a password to decrypt the backup (we don't send the password and the download link in the same email message for security purposes).
