Your organization key is a unique identifier that helps us to easily pull up information on your Actionstep account. It is generally one of the first pieces of information you will be asked for when writing to our Support Team.
Your orgkey can be found by hovering over your firm name in the top left menu of your Actionstep interface:

Q. Can I change my organization key?
A. You cannot change your orgkey once it has been created as this keeps a clear separation of the data between its clients and the organization key tell Actionstep where that data currently resides.
