You can view a list of the transactions that have been paid by your client by credit card. This is available in the Actionstep Payments Portal.
Accessing the List of Credit Card Payments
To access your list of credit card payments:
- Sign in to Actionstep's Payments Portal. (See Accessing and Navigating Actionstep's Payments Portal
- Open the Actionstep Payments admin page (Admin > Actionstep Payments), then click Open Payments Portal.
- Enter your sign-in credentials for the Payment portal to proceed. Your sign-in credentials to the Payment Portal will be different from your normal Actionstep sign-in credentials.
Once you have signed in, you will be on the Payments Portal dashboard. From the menu on the left of the page, click Transaction History.
Using the Transaction History List
You can use this view to find transactions and issue refunds. You can also customize the view to suit your own needs.
Refunding a Transaction
To refund a transaction
- Select the checkbox for the transaction.
- From the Batch Action drop-down list, choose Refund.
Filtering, Sorting, and Searching the List of Transactions
Filter the list by clicking the Sales, Authorizations or Refunds tabs along the top of the list to see only transactions of that type.
Sort the list by clicking the Sort By drop-down list and choosing the value you want to sort by.
Use the Search box to find specific transactions.
Customizing What Details Are Shown About Each Transaction
The details for each transaction are displayed when you click the down arrow to the right of the transaction.
Use the Customize view button in the left-hand panel to choose what details will appear in the list view.
There are three categories to the data that can be shown for a transaction. Click the arrow beside each to see all the options under the category. Select the detail you want to show.
Click Save View to save the changes you have made and apply it again later.
Click Create New View and give the new view a name. The newly created view can then be found under the Column view drop-down list. Click the cross to remove a saved drop-down.
