NOTE

Trust requests are currently being piloted for New Zealand customers only. If you want to be considered for the pilot, please contact Actionstep support.

NOTE

Trust Request Permissions are currently only available on Practice Pro + Accounting systems.

In order to set up permissions involving trust requests you need to go to Admin (spanner right hand at top of screen) - then Users and Permissions - then on the right hand side of the screen click on Data Permissions.

You will then see in the list of options relating to Trust Requests. You can click on the tick to give that System Role that particular permission. A table is below outlining what each permission gives the user the ability to do.
