If you are subscribed to one of the lower tier Actionstep products (like Practice Pro), you can upgrade your subscription. This is useful if you want features that your current subscription doesn't include.
TIP: See Actionstep Pricing for a detailed list of what's available in each Actionstep subscription.
NOTE: If you are using a higher tier Actionstep subscription and want to downgrade, you will need to create and migrate to a new system. Please contact Actionstep Support for more information.
To upgrade your Actionstep subscription:
- In Actionstep, hover over the organization menu and choose Subscription Settings. The Subscription page appears.
- Click Learn more & upgrade. The Contact Us page appears.
- Select Support and then select Contact Support. Depending on your default mailing app, a draft email message appears addressed to [email protected].
- Enter a message with your request and send it. An Actionstep Support agent will contact you to review and go over the details and the new pricing.
