Q. What’s happening on 5 May 2025?
An new version of Actionstep Academy is launching. The new version will have a richer learning experience and updated user interface. The current version will no longer be available after this date.
Q. What can I expect if I access Actionstep Academy on the week of 5 May 2025?
Actionstep Academy may be inaccessible for up to a day during this period. This is to switch over to the new Academy platform.
Q. Will the URL change?
No. Actionstep Academy will still be accessed at academy.actionstep.com.
Q. Will user login credentials change?
Yes. The new version of the Academy requires a new account.
Q. Do users need to register again or create a new account?
Current users will be sent an invite to the new Academy. This email will be sent to their address currently registered with Actionstep Academy.
Q. What will happen to user progress/completed courses in the current Academy?
Course progress and completion data will not transfer to the new Academy. Users will need to start fresh in the new platform.
Q. Will the content be the same in the new Academy?
The new Academy will include updated, reorganized content that reflects best practices and improvements. Some familiar materials will still be there, but the structure may be different. We’ve eliminated many out-of-date courses and videos. The new library will be initially smaller but offer more up-to-date content.
Q. How can new users sign up?
New users will register for an account on academy.actionstep.com.
Q. Can users still access the old Academy after May 5th?
No. The old Academy will be decommissioned and inaccessible after the launch of the new version.
