Receipt Audit Report

Brief Description  

This report lists all receipts between a date/number range and their information for a business account. 




Use Cases 

This is useful for checking the activity against a particular payment as it will also display any reversals of deposits. 




Finding and Using the Report

  • In Actionstep, go to Reports > Accounting Reports > Audit.


Then, refer to these articles for help generating and saving reports for future use:




Available Filters

  • Receipt Type: Indicates that Deposit/Withdrawal Receipts will be included in the report.
  • Created From / To: Enter the date range you wish to report on. 
  • Receipt Number From / To: Enter the receipt range you wish to report upon or leave blank to see all receipts for the reported period. 




Report Output

  • Receipt #: Shows the receipt number. 
  • Receipt Date: Shows the receipt date. 
  • Payer: Shows the name of the Payer who the funds were received from. 
  • Payment Date: Shows the date the payment was made. 
  • TX ID: Shows the ID of the general ledger transaction for the row. The ID is hyperlinked to the GL Transaction Details report for the selected transaction. This report provides further details on the transaction. 
  • Payment References: Shows the details of the receipt including the payment method, receipt number and deposit ID. 
  • Beneficiary(s): Shows the beneficiaries of the receipt.  
  • Amount: Shows the amount of the receipt. 
  • Notes: Shows who entered the receipt and the date entered.
