LawPay Integration (USA Only) - Coming soon!

Modified on Fri, 17 May at 8:03 AM

Actionstep's LawPay integration is coming soon! This exciting feature will allow you to seamlessly collect payments from your clients.

How it Works

  1. Pay Now Link: When you send a bill to your client, the email will include a convenient "Pay Now" link. You can also add this link to your invoices.
  2. Secure Payment: Clients can click the link and securely enter their credit card details through LawPay's trusted platform. They can even save their information for future payments.
  3. Automatic Payment Recording: While the LawPay integration does not automatically record transactions in Actionstep, it simplifies the payment process for your clients, increasing the likelihood of prompt payment. You will still need to manually enter transactions into Actionstep.

What Your Clients See

Your clients will receive an email with their bill, featuring a prominent "Pay Now" link. Clicking the link will take them to a secure LawPay page to complete their payment.

Register Your Interest

The LawPay integration is currently in development. To be among the first to know when it's available, please submit a support ticket to register your interest. We'll notify you as soon as the integration is ready to use.

Sign up for LawPay

You can sign up for LawPay here to start taking payments before the integration is released.

Important Considerations

  • Refunds and Voids: Any refunds or voided transactions processed directly through LawPay will not be reflected in Actionstep.
  • Credit Card Storage: LawPay securely stores all credit card information. Actionstep does not have access to your clients' full credit card details.

We're excited to bring you this enhanced payment solution. Stay tuned for updates!
