Actionstep Payments - Finding Transaction ID

There are multiple ways to find the transaction ID of a payment in Actionstep Payments. 

 

Firstly, you must log to the Payments Portal dashboard. (insert link here)

From the menu on the left of the screen, click on Payment History.

By using the down arrow next to the transaction 

 

The easiest way to find the transaction ID. Is to click on the down arrow next to the transaction and then click on the /helpdesk/attachments/150002489717 to copy the transaction ID.

Users can select the information that is presented when clicking on the down arrow so you may not be able to see the transaction ID in this information. 

 

By using the transaction TAB

Another way is to click on the transaction either the monetary value, card holder, visa number or credited date and time - all have links that lead to the same transaction summary page. 

Then on the left hand side click on the Transaction TAB and copy the transaction ID by clicking on:   /helpdesk/attachments/150002489719
