Documents can be opened from Actionstep and edited via Microsoft OneDrive. This connection opens your document in your desktop version of Microsoft Office.
This feature must be toggled on in Admin > General, under the Feature Preview section.
Once enabled, a new Open option is available on the matter documents screen to Open in Office via OneDrive.
The following is a troubleshooting method for when the integration is not working as expected. Some users may receive the following message: "You appear to be connected, however, there was an error making a request."
Users may need an admin to approve access to the API in some situations.
To do this. Login to Azure AD Portal (portal.office.com > Admin > Admin centers | Azure Active Directory > Favorites | Azure Active Directory > Enterprise Applications > Actionstep > Security | Permissions > Then click the "Grant admin consent for Actionstep"
This should fix the error.
