Removing a Calendar
You can remove a calendar you've set up in Actionstep. When doing this, you can choose between removing the calendar (including all of its data) or just removing the calendar listing (which leaves the calendar intact but removes it from your calendar view).
To remove a calendar:
- In Actionstep, go to Calendar > Today.
- Click the drop-down arrow next to the calendar's name and choose Edit Calendar.

- At the bottom of Edit Calendar page, choose from the following options:
- Remove from My Calendar: This removes the calendar (and its appointments) from your My Calendar view. The calendar thumbnail will no longer appear on the left side of your calendar. Anybody else who has access to this calendar will still see it on their My Calendar page.
- Delete From Actionstep: The deletes the calendar and all the appointments under it. They will be removed from your view and the My Calendar view of anybody else who had access to this calendar. This can only be done by the owner of the calendar.
- Confirm the action. The calendar is removed.
