Setting Up Your Tax Return Preferences (Admin)

You can set up your tax calculator / return settings to match your local tax jurisdiction. 

To do this:

1. In Actionstep, go to Admin > Accounting. The Accounting page appears.
2. Click Edit next to Tax return settings. The Tax return settings page appears.
   NOTE:  You will see a division plug-in already listed in the tax return plug-in list. This is based on the sales tax settings that were selected when your system was set up. It should correspond to the tax return information required by your country. If there is no plug-in listed but you are in a country where these options are available, please contact Actionstep Support.
   CAUTION:  If you are using multiple divisions in your system, you cannot set different base currencies or apply different sales tax plug-ins. 
3. Click the plug-in name. The Edit Division Plugin window appears.
   
4. Provide or update the information you want to use for your tax returns. The following articles provide more information:

5. Click Save when you are finished.
