Report Output

Note: The term "Invoice" in this report represents the invoiced fees by a fee earner (excluding draft invoices).

  • Participant: Shows the name of the participant. Clicking a name shows the Participant Details Report.
  • Monthly breakdown columns: Each month shows Actual Hours, Billable Hours, and Invoice hours, categorized into Actual and KPI figures. The column shows the percentage of the target the fee earner has met. Specifically:
    • <100% means the KPI has not been met (no color).
    • 100% means the KPI has been met (green).
    • >100% means the KPI has been exceeded (green) on both the actual and billable hours.

Note: If you discover differences between your invoiced amount figure and the total figures shown on this report, make sure all fee earners are included on the report. Remember, if you haven't set a KPI for a fee earner and they have fees attributed to them, they will not show on this report. You must set the KPI for that fee earner to add them to the report. To set the KPIs, go to Accounting > Accounts > KPIs. See Setting Up Participant KPIs to learn more.
