Brief Description
The Participant Details Report displays useful information stored in the contact record of the selected participant. This information includes identifying information, addresses, phone and messaging numbers, personal details, and other miscellaneous information.
Use Cases
This report is useful for printing contact information or saving the information to PDF to store in a document system.
Finding and Using the Report
- In Actionstep Practice Management, go to Reports > Matter Reports. (Your menu may show Reports > Matter Reports > Reports List.)
- In the Participant section, click Participant Details Report. The report is displayed.

Available Filters
- Contact: Select a participant/contact you want to run the report against.
- Address: Select this option to display a section with the selected participant's address in the report.
- Phone & Messaging: Select this option to display the participant's phone and messaging information on the Report Output.
- Miscellaneous: Select this option to display the participant's miscellaneous information on the Report Output.
- Personal: Select this option to display the participant's personal information on the Report Output.
Report Output
- Identity: Shows the name, participant ID, and type for the participant.
- Address: Shows physical and mailing addresses (if applicable) for the participant.
- Phone & Messaging: Shows phone numbers and other messaging options.
- Miscellaneous: Shows tax numbers, email formats, and message reference.
- Personal: Shows identifying details about the participant, such as gender, birth (and optional death) date, employer, marital status, and occupation.
Tip: Click Go to Contact details to view the contact record for the participant you're viewing.
