As an admin, you can restrict user access to the Aged Receivables page in Actionstep Billing. The process is different depending on which version of Actionstep you are using: Practice Pro + Accounting or just Practice Pro.
To set up permissions if you're using Practice Pro + Accounting:
- In Actionstep, go to Admin and choose Users & permissions. The Users & Permissions page appears.
- On the right side of the page, click Data permissions. The Permissions page appears.
- Click the System Role drop-down list and choose the role you want to grant access to (for example, Finance).
- Click the System Object drop-down list and choose Billing.
- Click the checkmark icon next to can_view_aged_receivable. The icon turns green and you can choose additional preferences.
To set up permissions if you're using Practice Pro:
- In Actionstep, go to Admin and choose Users & permissions. The Users & Permissions page appears.
- Click System Roles.
- Click Edit for the System Role you want to grant access to (for example, Finance).
- In the Custom workflow permissions section, find the Feature Name section.
- For Billing, click the Permission drop-down list and choose the relevant permission (for example, Full).
- Click Save to save your changes.
