You can edit custom data fields that have been associated with participant types. Custom data fields allow you to collect information about a participant when the contact record doesn't include the right fields for doing this.
To do this:
- In Actionstep, go to Admin > Additional settings. The Additional Settings page appears.
- Click Edit in the Participant types section. The Participant Types page appears.
- Click the name of the participant type you want to edit the data for. The Edit participant type window appears.
- Click Edit custom data fields. The Custom data fields for [Participant_type] window appears.
- Click the Field name, Label, or Data type for the field you want to edit.
- Make your changes. (See Adding Custom Data Fields to a Participant Type for help with these fields).
- Click Save when you are finished.
- Click Done to return to the Participant Types list.
