Sign up today and start learning! Simply, visit academy.actionstep.com and select "Register now" on the Log in screen to create an account. You will receive an email to confirm your login.

What Does Actionstep Academy Help Users With?

Actionstep Academy helps new users get up to speed quickly. It also helps experienced users learn more about products, functions, and best practices.

How do I access learning content?

In Actionstep Academy, you can browse all available co on the Catalog page. Here, you can launch courses or enroll in them to complete later.

Once you have started or enrolled in courses, you can see them on your Home screen. It will show courses you are currently taking, as well as ones you have enrolled in but not started.

Visit the My learning screen to see your current enrollments and completed courses. You can also download a PDF or CSV of your Actionstep Academy training history.

Q. How much does Actionstep Academy cost?

A. There is zero cost for customer access.

Q. How can an Actionstep Academy user provide feedback?

A. Ratings and feedback are solicited at the end of courses. For general thoughts and feedback, use this form.

Q. What if I forget my password?

A. In case of a forgotten password, you can reset your password by selecting the Forgot Password? link on the Signup page at https://academy.actionstep.com.

Q. Why has my access been revoked?

A. Actionstep Academy is free to all active Actionstep users. This is enforced by email address. If an Actionstep Academy login email address is not also used for an Actionstep subscription, that email address will be contacted to switch over the account to the Actionstep login email address. If that request is not answered in five business days, Actionstep Academy access will be revoked. If this happens in error, learner progress can be restored under the valid login email address.
