Once you've created a contact, there will be times you need to update information on the contact's record.

Editing a Contact

You can edit a contact, including updating their identity, contact information, personal details, and so forth.


To do this:

  1. In Actionstep, enter the name of the contact you need to update in the Quick Search box, then select the contact from the list of results. 
  2. While viewing the contact card, click Edit. The Editing Contact page appears. 
  3. Review the information and make any updates you need. (See Adding a Contact for more information on theses fields.)
  4. When you are finished making changes, click Save to save your work.
