Brief Description
The Session Summary Report displays a list of your system's users along with timestamps of their first and last activity in the system. It also reports the total number of activities they performed.
Use Cases
This report is useful to see if specific users have logged in or when work was started in the system for the selected date.
Finding and Using the Report
- In Actionstep, go to Reports > Matter Reports > Audit.
Then, refer to these articles for help generating and saving reports for future use:
Available Filters
- Date: Select the date you want to generate the report for.
- Division: Choose which division you want to show in the report. The report will only look at activities in the selected division. If you are not using divisions in Actionstep, the only option will be your company.
Report Output
- Date: Shows the when the report was generated.
- Division: Shows the division selected in the report configuration options.
- Contact: Shows the contact name associated with the session. The name links to the Participant Details Report for the selected contact.
- Login User: Shows the unique identifier for the session user.
- First Activity: Shows the date and time of when the user first logs in.
- Total Activities: Shows the number of activities performed in the system by the user on the selected date.
- Last Activity: Shows the date and time of the last activity performed by the user on the selected date.
