Deleting Participant Custom Data Fields (Admin)

At times, you may need to delete custom data fields you've added to a participant type. 

To do this:

  1. In Actionstep, go to Admin >Additional Settings.
  2. Click Edit in the participant type section.
  3. Click the name of the participant type you want to delete the custom data field for.  The Edit Participant Type window appears.
  4. Click Edit custom data fields. The Custom Data Fields for [Participant_type] window appears.
  5. Click the name for the field you want to delete. The Edit Custom Data Field window appears.
  6. Click Delete.
  7. On the page that appears, enter a Reason for deletion for the field and click Delete Selection  The field is deleted and you're returned to the Participant Types page.
