Editing an existing template

If you are replacing an existing Template, click on the Template name and just replace the existing file.

You can download a copy of the existing template file by clicking the link under Current template, make changes to it and upload the template to overwrite the existing template. 

You also have the ability to delete the custom bill template using the Delete button.

WARNING: When you delete an invoice template there is no way to recover it. We recommend downloading any old invoice templates first and creating an administration matter for them in Actionstep and storing them there so that if you require them in the future you can still access them.

WARNING: The invoices Actionstep provides are examples and should not be relied on in terms of meeting any trust and/or accounting regulations.
