Editing Participant Custom Data Fields (Admin)

You can edit custom data fields that have been associated with participant types. Custom data fields allow you to collect information about a participant when the contact record doesn't include the right fields for doing this. 


To do this:

  1. In Actionstep, go to Admin > Additional Settings. 
  2. Click Edit in the Participant types section. The Participant Types window appears.
  3. Click the name of the participant type you want to edit the data for.  The Edit participant type window appears.
  4. Click Edit custom data fields. The Custom data fields for [Participant_type] window appears.
  5. Click the Field Name for the field you want to edit.

  6. Make your changes (see Adding Custom Data Fields to a Participant Type for help with these fields) and click Save when you are finished.
