Actionstep has the ability to control which system user can view, edit, delete, unlock, and lock Supplier invoices on your system.
How to set these Permissions
You need someone with Account Authority to go into Admin > Users & permissions > Data permissions.
From there, they need to:
- Change the System Role to the specific system.
- Change the System Object to Accounting - Sale Purchase Object.
- Scroll down to Supplier Invoice.
- Ensure the boxes are ticked where appropriate and click Save.
