Q. Can I send my mass billing emails from a system email that is not my default? For example, we have a system default contact@mylawfirm.com; however, I would like billing emails to come from accounts@mylawfirm.com?
A. Unfortunately, there is no automatic way to set this up; however, you can go to Admin > Email & SMS > Outbound email and add both system mailboxes. You would normally select the contact@mylawfirm.com as the default; however, just before you produce all your approved and send to customers, you can change the setting so that the default email box is set to accounts@mylawfirm.com so that all the billing emails are sent from the accounts@mylawfirm.com email address. Remember to reset the default email account once this has finished.
