Q. Can I send my mass billing emails from a system email that is not my default? For example, we have a system default [email protected] however I would like billing emails to come from [email protected] ?

A. There is unfortunately no automatic way to set this up however you can go to Admin – Email – Outbound email and you can add both system mailboxes – you would normally select the [email protected] as the default one – however just before you produce all your approved and sent to customers you can change the setting so that the default email box is set to [email protected] so that all the billing emails are sent from the [email protected] email address. You have to make sure to remember to reset the default email account once this has finished.
