To access the Fee Earner dashboard:
- In Practice Management, go to Insights > Dashboards & Reports. The Business Intelligence page appears.
- Select Fee Earner from the list of options on the left side of the page. The Fee Earner dashboard is displayed.
The Invoiced Fees to Budget chart on the Fee Earner dashboard tracks the actual / percentage of fees you have billed against your target fees. It helps you quickly see where performance is meeting, exceeding, or falling short of expectations.
Clicking this card displays the Actual to Budget (Hours & Fees) Report.
Actual to Budget (Hours & Fees) Report Details
This report includes the following information:
- Fiscal Year: Select the timeframe you want to review.
- Budget Hours: Shows your billable hours target as set by firm admins.
- Actual Hours: Lists all time entries you have marked as billable for the period. Non-billable time is excluded.
- Actual Hours %: Shows calculated as Actual Hours / Budget Hours × 100.
- Budget Fees: Shows your invoiced fees target as set by firm admins.
- Actual Fees: Shows fees you have invoiced during the period, excluding disbursements and tax.
- Actual Fees %: Shows calculated as Actual Fees / Budget Fees × 100.
