To ensure you calendar is displaying the correct time zone, there are a few different places you can review your time zone settings:
- Ensure the time zone set for your computer exactly matches the time zone set for your Actionstep calendar, including daylight saving adjustments. To do this:
- Review your device's help system for information on setting your time and time zone.
- In Actionstep Practice Management, view your user profile and in the Locale section, select your Time zone.
- If your calendar is synced with other applications (like Outlook) or devices (like your mobile phone), ensure those also have correct time zone settings to prevent conflicts.
Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing issues with your calendar remaining synced and not showing time for the correct time zone, consider the following:
- Review your calendar preferences to ensure you're not using settings that might override these. To do this, go to Calendar > Today and click Preferences (top-right corner of the calendar). Then review the available settings.
- Reset the Locale preference in your user profile. To do this, view your user profile. In the Locale section, click the Time zone drop-down list and select any other time zone available and save your changes. Then refresh the page (press F5 or use your browser's refresh option) and reselect your preferred time zone again. Then save your changes.
