Top Fee Earners: Firm Management Dashboard

The information in this article applies to Acumen, a Practice Management add-on that provides enhanced reporting dashboards for your firm. To learn more, please contact your customer success manager or your account representative.

This product is currently in early access.

To access the Firm Management dashboard:

  1. In Practice Management, go to Insights > Business Intelligence. The Insights page is displayed.
  2. Select Firm Management from the list of options on the left side of the page. The Firm Management Dashboard is displayed.

The Top Fee Earners table on the Firm Management dashboard highlights the individual fee earners with the highest financial performance during the selected period. It displays each fee earner’s work in progress (or WIP), billed, and collected amounts, providing a clear view of their contribution to the firm’s revenue cycle.

The table is sorted by Collected Fees, showcasing those fee earners who are delivering the greatest realized revenue for the firm.

Click the chart to view the Top Fee Earners Report for a detailed breakdown of this information. In the report, each fee earner is shown in individual rows of this report. Draft and deleted invoices are not included, nor are write-offs or credits. This report only filters Total Billed & Collected columns. Total Draft WIP still reflects WIP on draft invoices.
