Your organization key is a unique identifier that helps teams at Actionstep easily access information about your Practice Management account should you need support or subscription help. You typically will be required to provide it when interacting with an Actionstep representative.

To find your orgkey:

1. In Practice Management, click the Actionstep logo in the top-left corner of the page.
2. Optionally, click the Copy icon to copy the Org key name. This is useful if you need to share the name with another user at your firm or Actionstep Support.

NOTE:  Once created, you cannot change your orgkey.
