Your organization key is a unique identifier that helps the Actionstep team easily access information about your Actionstep Practice Management account should you need support or subscription help. You typically will be required to provide it when interacting with an Actionstep representative.
To find your orgkey:
- In Practice Management, click the Actionstep icon in the top-left corner of the page.
- If you're using the old toolbar, hover over the organization menu, located near the top-left corner of any Actionstep window. (Make sure you hover over this menu rather than click it. Clicking it will take you to the contact card for your organization.)
- Optionally, click the Copy icon to copy the Org key name. This is useful if you need to share the name with another user at your firm or Actionstep Support.
NOTE: Once created, you cannot change your orgkey.
