Reviewing Supplier Invoice Data Permissions (Admin)

The information in this article applies to users using Actionstep Practice Pro + Accounting.

 

In Actionstep Practice Management, an admin has the ability to control which of your users can view, edit, delete, unlock, and lock supplier invoices.

 

To set these permissions:

  1. In Practice Management, an admin can go to Admin > Users & permissions. The Users & Permissions page appears.
  2. Click Data permissions (located on the right side of the page). The Permissions page appears.
  3. Click the System Role drop-down list and choose the specific role you want to change.
  4. Click the System Object and choose Accounting - Sale/Purchase Object.
  5. In the list of permissions, find any of the following and set your preferences:
    • can_view_Supplier_Invoice 
    • can_edit_Supplier_Invoice
    • can_delete_Supplier_Invoice
    • can_unlock_Supplier_Invoice
    • can_lock_Supplier_Invoice

      Tip: To help you more quickly find these options, you can use your browser's Find on Page option (e.g., press Ctrl+F or Command+F). Then search for supplier_invoice. The browser will highlight where this term appears on the page.

  6. Click Save to save and apply the permissions you've selected.
