Session Activity and Session Activity Detail Reports

Brief Description

These two reports show the list of user sessions in Actionstep Practice Management and then let you explore specific details about individual user sessions.

Use Cases

The Session Activity Report is used to find when users were signed in to your system and what tasks were performed during these sessions. It can also let you know when and for how long a participant is signed in to the system.

The Session Activity Detail Report shows the list of events for a selected session. You can access this report by either entering the session ID number or clicking a result displayed in the Session Activity Report.

Finding and Using the Report

  1. In Actionstep Practice Management, go to Reports > Matter Reports. (Your menu may show Reports > Matter Reports > Reports List.)
  2. In the Audit, section, click either Session Activity Report or Section Activity Detail Report. That report is displayed.
